Auditorium as a new calling card          The auditorium of the John-F.-Kennedy-Institute situated in a former turn of the century school building is to become its new focus. The professors decided to risk an experiment: They comissioned a lecture room that would represent the central characteristics of an internationally operating institute - the emphasis of the theoretical discussion and presentation of important lectures. Through the well known Fraenkel Lectures this room becomes the calling card of the FU-Institute for North America Studies.
