| Sampling your neighbourhood! A total of 3000 points can be marked with stickers on the “Kotti” – a public city space surrounding Kottbusser Tor in Berlin-Kreuzberg that is fraught with urban problems. Self-made stickers, newspaper clippings, pen drawings, and other colours can also be used. “Kotti 3000” is an easy and accessible interview tool that invites people to take part in a community discussion regarding the planning and design of their neighbourhood. The project is geared towards those who would otherwise not be involved in the planning process and allows neighbourhood residents to communicate and illustrate their visions and desires for their “Kotti” in a fun and playful fashion. After the game boards have been covered with stickers and sent to us by mail, they will be presented in a neighbourhood exhibition and discussed. |
